Refunds
The first 30 days are refundable in full.
Ask inside the first 30 days and your money comes back. That is the only promise we make about money, and there are no conditions buried below this line.
What refundable in full means
You paid one amount for setup and the first 30 days. All of it comes back, setup included. Starter is $2,250, Pro is $4,000, Elite is $6,000, and each returns whole.
Nothing is held back for calls Alexis already answered, minutes already spent, or hours the founder already put into configuring your line. There is no fee and no form.
When the 30 days start
On the date the founder marks your coverage live, not the date you paid. Configuring and testing a line takes days, and those days are not yours to lose.
A payment on February 3, 2026 with coverage marked live on February 10, 2026 stays refundable in full until March 12, 2026. The live date is in writing, in your email.
If your line turns out not to be workable and coverage never goes live, you get every dollar back and he tells you why.
How to ask
Reply to any email from us and say you want a refund. Or write to hello@ringready.ai from the address we email. No reason is required.
You will not be routed to a retention conversation, an offer, or a discount. Weeks later we send one email asking what would have had to be true, and you can ignore it.
How long it takes
We process the refund within three business days of your request and confirm it in plain words: the amount, the card it went back to, and the date we sent it.
Checkout is hosted and NanoCorp is the merchant of record, so the money returns to the card used there. Banks can take a few more days to post it.
After the first 30 days
Renewals are not refundable, because nothing renews itself. Each month we email a fresh payment link for the next 30 days, at $1,500/mo, $2,500/mo or $4,000/mo.
You pay it or you do not. No card is stored by us, so there is nothing to cancel and no charge to catch. Coverage ends on the date that email states.
Overage and billing errors
Minutes past your included 300, 800 or 2,000 appear as their own line on the next renewal link, at $0.15, $0.12 or $0.10 a minute. Always itemised, never silent.
If a charge looks wrong, reply and we check it against the call records. If we billed you in error we refund the error, inside or outside the 30 days, and we say what happened.
What a refund is not
It is not compensation for a job you lost, and we offer none. We make no promise of recovered revenue, booked jobs or answer rates, here or in any ad, email or report.
We publish a refund policy instead of earnings claims. What Alexis does and does not do is set out in our terms.
Refunds and ending coverage
These are two separate acts and one email can do both. Ending coverage gives you a call-log export you keep and a stated deletion date for recordings and transcripts.
Retention dates are on the call-recording page, and what we hold is on the privacy page.
