Terms

What Alexis does, and what she is not.

These terms cover coverage sold by RingReady AI of Greater Cleveland, Ohio. They are written to be read once, in full, before you pay anything.

What the service is

Alexis, your receptionist, answers inbound calls to the line you point at us, at any hour. She answers your standard questions: hours, service area, service-call fee, and the brands you work on.

She captures new-caller details, books the window the caller asks for from your live calendar availability, texts your on-call tech on an emergency, and logs the call with a summary you read the next morning.

A person listens to your real calls each week and retunes her. You correct her in the Tell Alexis box or by email, and the correction is applied that week.

Emergency triage, and its limits

She triages three things: no heat, no AC, and a suspected gas leak. On a suspected gas leak she tells the caller to leave the house, touch no switches, and call 911 or the gas utility from outside.

Read this part plainly. Alexis is not a licensed dispatcher, and RingReady AI is not an emergency service. We make no promise of emergency response, by us, by your techs, or by anyone else.

Anyone in danger should hang up and call 911. Nothing in these terms puts us between a caller and emergency services.

Inbound only

We answer calls. We place none. No outbound dialing is built, sold or promised, so we never call a caller back on your behalf.

What we do not promise

No promise of recovered revenue, booked jobs or answer rates, in any document, ad or email. Alexis will get calls wrong sometimes, and the remedy is that we retune her, or that you leave.

Nothing on this site claims a live deployment or names a client. Any use of your name requires your written permission. Every industry figure we publish is a third-party estimate, labeled as one.

Payment

The pilot is one payment for setup and the first 30 days: Starter $2,250, being $750 setup plus $1,500 for the first month; Pro $4,000; Elite $6,000.

After that, renewals are $1,500/mo, $2,500/mo or $4,000/mo, each covering 30 days and paid through a fresh payment link we email you. Nothing auto-renews and no card is stored by us.

Plans include 300, 800 or 2,000 minutes. Minutes past that are $0.15, $0.12 or $0.10 each, itemised on their own line on the next renewal link. Never silently.

Checkout is hosted and NanoCorp is the merchant of record. Refund terms are on the refunds page.

When coverage starts

Coverage starts on the date the founder marks your line live, after he has configured and tested it. Not on the date you paid. Your 30 refundable days start then too.

Your side of it

Keep your on-call rota and calendar current, tell us when a fact changes, and point us only at a line you are entitled to point at us. Your phone number stays yours throughout.

Ending coverage

Either side can end coverage. Reply to any email from us and say so. There is no notice period, no term to run out, and no retention conversation.

Ending it gives you a call-log export you keep and a stated deletion date for recordings and transcripts. Coverage runs to the end of the 30 days you paid for.

We can end it too, for non-payment or for work outside these terms, and we say why in plain words. What happens to call records is on the privacy page.

Law and contact

Ohio law governs these terms. If one term cannot stand, the rest still does. Reach us by replying to any email from us, or at hello@ringready.ai.
